Error in RTC : Cash Receipt Voucher

Dear All,

I am facing an error while trying to open Cash Receipt Voucher page in RTC. The same user can able to use bank payment voucher in classic form.

I have given super rights to the user but still not working for me.

There are other users with same rights but they do not face any problem either in classic or RTC. :?:

What would be the reason?

I have attached the screen shot for the same.

Its urgent pls help.
