release production order

Dear All
When i refresh release production order then nav-2009 sp1 creats two production order line one is main and other is a component define in bom of main item.But create only one component line even if there is four to five component in bom of main item.

    after refreshing release production order either having more then one line in production line when you click on line-->component it will show all component that's define in BOM line by line.
