Error while opening NAV 2009 RTC

Hi all,
I have installed the NAv 2009 in my system.when I try to open the NAv 2009 RTC, it is showing me this error.
"you do not have permission to run the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server System.Contact your system admin to have your permissions changed"
If anybody knows the solution to rectify this error while opening NAV 2009 RTC, Kindly suggest me the steps which i need to do in order to correct this error.
