Changing the ID on a table

Hello,

We previously built an integration for NAV, and we are now enhancing it to include new features. As part of the enhancement, I need to move some of the existing objects into a new range. This works fine for most objects, but for tables, we are having issues. We cannot simply delete the tables and recreate them, as our existing customers will have data in them. What is the best way to achieve this?
