NAV4.0SP3 in Windows7 (Build 23305)

Hi All,
I have installed NAv4.0SP3 in windows7 . Now when i try to open NAV i get the error like "microsoft business solution navision client executable has stopped working".
can any tell me which patch is required ?i have tried with KB Article Number(s): 931841 but getting an error "setup launcher has stopped working...."
Please help...

the KB you mention is the oldest of all KB releases ](*,) ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)
You would have had the same issue if you had worked on vista
