Frames in Forms to pages ?

hi all,
i have a sitation. while transforming forms to pages. In one of the forms, it is document page.
In that line part is linked to FRAME.
Ex: In the Frame, I have two options
1) Output
2) Input.
If i click Output, i can see 1 subform and for Input another subform is opening.
can someone help me.. How to transform this form to page.
