Error message do not permit to go ahead

When i get an error message, "ex: mistake of the item code in the issue of a purchase order", the system do not permit to go on.
Even if i click on the "OK" button the message appears again
the only thing i can do is to close "fin.exe" with the Task Manager.
With the debugger active, I noticed that before the error message, it appears in the debug window "Break on Error".

any suggestion ?

I'm using 3.60 objects on 3.70 engine

Did you make changes to the code in this area or is it completely standard?

I did a lot of changes but in the 3.60 engine everithing was alright.
