Excise Cenvat from open problem

Dear concern
I m using NAV 4.0SP3 with Hot Fix 6.I have many companies in my Database.In some companies when I m opening form "Excise Cenvat Claim" ID-13793.I m getting error given below:
Microsoft Dynamics NAV
The filter '..' is invalid. A value or an interval is missing in the filter in the Posting Date field in the Service Tax Entry Details table. For information about entering filters, see the online Help.
OK
But in some companies I can open this same form successfully.Whats the problem and whats solution.Thanxs in advance guys.
