NAV SQL Connection Error on Windows 7

Hi Friends,

We are using NAV 5.01 with SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition.I installed NAV Client on a machine which uses Windows 7 OS.No problem encountered during Installation.The installation completed successfully.But when i tried to connect with the database
(DB resides in seperate server)it threw an DB error. (ODBC problem : not a trusted login).

I checked whether the particular user has permission to access the DB.Permission was there.

Can anyone help me ?

Are you using Windows Logins or DBLogins?

Is the client machine in domain?

Yes it's in domain

Are you sure it is windows login? Normally this error is thrown if sql server is not set to mixed login mode.
