Item template

Hi guys,

Do anybody know how to setup item template in AX2009?
I read the training material that we can create new item by using item template, but I didn't fount it.

    Tight Mouse Click in the item form
    Record Info
    Select Either Company or User Template to create one.

    Once created you are prompted to use it each time you create a new item.

    you can see and edit created templates from Basic/Setup/Record Templates. :wink:

    BTW, on the basic/setup/record templates only show the templates belong to company accounts, where're the templates belong to users?

    Users copy exactly, only to be used by the user logging in for the purpose they were created, with the issues that involves.

    Company ones are used by everyone so you can edit them and remove out non-template requirements, pricing etc.
