Why does system show the time registered more that it actually is? (Image attached)

What do you mean with "more that it actually is"? How you know what is actual and what isn't?

Because as you can see..in the attached image that the time register for SUper for June 22 is more than total minutes in a day i.e. 24*60=1440 minutes.

Here it says 6781 minutes. I think I have not yet understood this.

May be that 6,781 is 6.781 or the user had more clients opened... ;-)

Or they opened a client on the 22n and left it running for 5 days before logging out.

You need to go and ask the users why they are doing silly things, there is no way we can know what the users were doing. Did you ask them?
