SQL users loose permission in navision when synchronise is d

Hi there,
I have a small question to ask about a behaviour we recently encountered with a customer.
At our customer there is a navision Db with all its users. They do have one user which isn't set in navision, but does have to be able to run reports for this database.
Everytime a full synchronise is done, it seems SQL takes away the permissions of this user.
As this user isn't in navision it doesn't get its permissions back. Is this a normal behaviour, or can this be resolved?

Yes, this is normal. You need to add the user into the user table in NAV but not assign him any role. In this case, NAV will not revoke the permissions on this user.0

Thx for the confirmation and the little hint about adding him to Navision withour rights. This could indeed solve the lossing permission problem.0
