Sub Con in NAV6.0

i have a problem while sending material to subcon vendor.The item is in stock, but the system says no stock in that location.there is stock in that location, i have made positive adjustment in that location. still i have this issue.can you help?secondly how to track lot no while sending material to subcon vendor.

check that item may have reservation entries.

MS released a NAV IN 2009 -Feature pack -01 regarding Subcontracting order with item tracking and dimension.

go through that Feature pack.
