Error while opening the Company in Developer Toolkit

Hi all,

I Have created a new DB and saved that DB in Developer Toolkit Folder in name "Upgrade Test DB".

I have created a company in name "Updated Test Company" and then i have impoted the DevTool.fob objects.

Then I opened the Developer Toolkit and when I try to open this DB from Developer Toolkit,the DB is opened and it is prompting me to select the company but when i select the company it is giving this error "You do not have permission to work with the developer's toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.Contact your System Manager"

If anybody knows the solution on how to correct this error, Kindly give me a solution.

What does your (developer?) license say?

You should these granules in it:

If do does your NDT folder (in Program Files contain that license?
