Send to Excel gives an error when the records are > 5000

When we are trying to export data (Item) using standard NAV, Send to Microsoft Excel Function, we are getting the attached error message. We are only getting this error message when we tried to export more than 5000 records. We are trying this function from RTC Client. (NAV 2009 SP1)

I have changed the "Max. no. of XML records to send" in Tools->Options from 5000 to 20000, it didn't work.

Do we have a limitaion on No. of Records exporting to XL from RTC?

    Hi all! we are in 2012 and the problem is the same :shock: :shock: , seems that there is a problem to define the limit of record in RTC to Export to Excel...
    Have anyone information about resolution of this limit?
