How to count lines(rows) in text file from Navision.
These txt file i am using for import with dataports

Do you want to count while you're doing the import? Just define an integer variable and increment it in the OnAfterGetRecord trigger.

If you need to count before you do the dataport look into File Streams, that is InStream and OutStream variables (you'll only need the first).

Something like this:
ImportCount Type Integer

OnPreDataport()
ImportCount := 0;

OnAfterImportRecord()
ImportCount := ImportCount + 1;

OnPostDataport()
Message('%1 Records Imported',ImportCount);
