Identify presence of specific field ID's in tables

Hello,
I would like to identify in which tables in my 3.70 DB fields with ID's 70xxx and 80xxx are present. I can export tables to a text file, but reading this is not easy
Are there any tools available to list specific field ID's for all tables in the DB?
