Is MergeTool Software good?

Is MergeTool which will be useful for doing upgrdations and merging. Is this tool a good one?

If anybody have used this tool before, Kindly give me your feedback regarding this tool so that I can study further about this tool.

If you have any better tool for doing upgradation and merging, Kindly suggest.

You can use Developer's Toolkit or some kind of text comparison application like Winmerge, Notepad++ or Beyond Compare (non-free)
