NAV/Navision Classic Client
Hello all!
Does anybody know, how to set the codepage for an export file in a Dataport?
I shall create a text file with codepage Latin1.
Thank you for your help in advance!

You cannot. You need to convert it by code or external tool. Check the download section, there are examples of the "NAV Codepage converters"...

Thank you for your answer!
Unfortunately that does not work.
Also I do not know what the source codepage of the NAV-created text file is.
I just know that the text file has to be in codepage latin-1.
Any more ideas ?

The "Source codepage" depends on the local settings of your windows in most cases.
If you are using NAV 5.0, you can look into table "Windows languages" field "Primary codepage". May be it will help you to find out the codepage you are using...
