How to do/manage Sales Consignment?

Hello!

I need to create a way to manage consignment stock's for sales in Navision...
Does anyone have this kind of solution???
My idea is to create a new Warehouse for consignment and instead of creating a warehouse shipment, we would create a warehouse transfer generated by a sales order(s). This will move the items from the general location to the consignment location. After this, and when the customer reports the consumption, we can invoice directly from the consignmet location.

This is what I'm thinking about. Do you know a better/easier solution???
