Fail to save change in report 5703 Transfer Order

I get following error when save change for report 5703 Transfer Order.
What I did is only sizing the column catpion.

Error details :

Could not copy ReportLayout directory. Details description : Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: CpationML, Report. Line 6, position 39.

May I know how can I access the new section in txt file?

After checked with Microsoft, and found out that it is a bug in NAV2009 SP1 under double-byte character set enviroment , hotfix was availbale for download.
