You're asking a question about a very specific add on. While there may be people in the forum who have experience with that product the majority of them do not. It's always good to ask, but when you can't get an answer it's probably best to call up your NAV Partner.

X Report will tells you denominations of sales on that POS machine by that user. It will print details of Cash/Credit Cards/Promo coupons etc (All tenders you defined in Tenders table) and total sales. You can print this report when cashier is changing or closing day to match total sales punched in machine and actual tenders (Cash/Credit Cards/Promo Coupons etc). You can generate X report many times in a day.

Then before closing store, you have to declare actual tenders you have (Cash/Credit Cards/Promo Coupons etc), after that you can print Z report which will display actual sales, declared tenders and difference (if any), Z report is last process for closing day on that POS machine, and you have to generate it once in day (at end of day)

    So process is like,
X report (can print multiple time)
Declarations (Once at end of day)
Z report (Once at end of day)

If its really need to customize, you can customize it. You can see code in POS Printing Utility codeunit.

Then you don't have developer license. You need to contact your NAV partner to do customizations.
