Navision 3.70 Application Server produces me the following event and just stops working. We need to restart the service in order to continue working.

that's because microsoft does not support nav 3.7 anymore

I understand the problem.
But the word "urgent" is not the correct way to ask something on a forum (this or any other forum that has a voluntary basis).

There are a lot of people who skip posts with a topic-description that says nothing (this is not your case) or the word "urgent" in it.
