NAV2009 classic client crash with running Job Scheduler?

We have a 3.7b database on SQL Database using NAV2009 SP1 client. Whenever the job scheduler is running, it crashes the server and we have to restart the server.

It seems that NAV2009 doesn't support Job Scheduler anymore? Are we forced to use the Job Queue?

    I suggest to look at 4.x version and see if there are any updates for job scheduler.
