ZUP file Problem in NAV2009 with SQL DB

Hi everyone,
We are using Navision 2009 SQL database, here my problem is, whenever I open the database using with finsql after few seconds Navision window is getting closed. Is the problem with ZUP file? If yes, could anyone tell me the solution.
