Export to Excel gets multiplied

Hi

I have installed update 1 in a customer environment, but I still get problems with the exports to Excel and I can't find the answer on these here so maybe no one else have the problem.
When I have Swedish globalization (, as decimal sign) all decimal values gets multiplied by hundred.
I try to export this from Chart of Accounts:
1710 -1,10
But in Excel I get this:
1710 -110
In face the decimal sign is removed if i look in the formula field. How can this be solved?

If I run this with English globalization (. as decimal sign) the value gets correct.
However, with both Swedish and English globalization I can't get this right:
1740 -0,05
In Excel it will be:
1740 -5.e-002 (as text, not as a decimal value)
If I manually remove the dot Excel will interpret it correctly as -0.05. So why is the dot inserted and how can it be solved?

Best Regards
