Importing files from ftp Site

Hi,

I need to automatically import files from an ftp site. Having searched the forum I found a reference to xceed data manipulation suite, and downloaded it for a trial. I have found after installing the OCX that it does indeed work, when the codeunit containing the code calling it is run manually. The codeunit doesn't work though, when run by NAS and the job scheduler. I guess this is because the NAS doesn't recognize the OCX. Can I get it to recognize it, and if so how?

Check the permission of your NAS User .. when dealing with ocx/automation an issue could be permission, try to set NAS-user as an administrator..

If I don't remember wrong, Smart FTP (which is free?) have automation support?

Is the OCX installed on the same machine as the NAS?

Why not write a process that runs a .bat file using NAS?
