problem with navision 3.70a and citrix xp fr2

Hi all
this is my first message in the forum and i am afraid it is to report a problem we are having. first of all i am sorry for my english
i am running navision 3.70a in a citrix xp fr2 server. the problem is that every time that a remote user tries to execute a filter in a navision sesion the server is automatically restarted. as simple as that
any suggestion??
