unable to open the form

Hi frinds,
When i am opening the electronic recepit ledgers form i am encountering the below error.
"Please specify a filter for the journal template name field in the electronice cash receipt ledger table."
The Journal template name field is appended as primary key field in the table too.
Please suggest what is the problem with this.
