OctoCon NAV Unicode Solution

Hello all,
I am working with a perspective customer who needs to store languages from multiple code pages in the same NAV database, and the fact that NAV currently does not use Unicode data types makes this rather difficult. After doing some research I found a tool by OctoCon that looks as if it is able to accomplish this. Does anybody have any experience with this tool? Does it work?
