Navision session freezes

In the company where I work I have a problem with some PCs with Windows XP Pro.
When I open a Navision session and then left unused for some minutes, it often happens that when I return in the pc I find the session frozen and I have to close and reopen the program. Attached here are some examples. Someone can help me to resolve this problem?

I don't know of any issues that will cause this, but stating the build version would probably be helpful in getting a better answer.

You can find the build version under Help - About, then double click the version number text.

I noticed some problem with versions 4.0 on XP when the computer is locked and then unlocked. NAV is all grey and seems to be 'frozen'. Minimizing and maximizing the NAV-session fixes the problem.
I am not sure if it is your case, but I think it is.
