vista hanging up on jobs approval

I am using navision 4.00 SP 1 engine on windows vista, and it's working quite well except for one specific instance. When user tries to approve jobs, which is set to send an email, the system is hanging up.
if the same user logs on to another pc which does not have a configured outlook profile, the system works well...
Any advice please?
The sqlsrv32.dll FileVersion has been modified so that 4 SP 1 works well on vista!

Hi
4SP1 is not supported on Vista, Seven e Windows Server 2008.
Any hack to support this is not recommended...
