RTC, Job Jnl-Can't override values in UCost or UPrice fields

In the Role Tailored Client, ver 61, build 29626.
I can not override the values in the fields: Unit Cost or Unit Price without moving off and back onto the journal line.
This problem does not exist for the same database running in Classic.
Has anyone seen this before or have a fix?
