VAT2010 BE : use Logical control

Hi All,
This is a specific Belgian request...
After installing the VAT2010 updates, I see that Form 11307 (the new VAT Declaration form) there is no direct link to the vat statement report, as there was in form 11317 (the previous version).
This way you don't have a direct check as before (where boolean "Use logical controls" validated the entries via report 12)
The only way I see the logical checks is within report "declaration summary report", report 11311, also still available in the menu.
However the check for Row 55 is not correct anymore with new regulation.
The check on Row 55 should be checked with sum of row 84,86 and 88 + VAT, and not 84 and 86 +VAT (as it was before).
See result in standard DB...
Does the report 11311 or the logical check has still value after VAT2010 installation?
