Printer selection in NAV2009sp1

Hi Enyone,
How can I set a specific printer to a report in NAV2009sp1 RTC?
It seems the printer selection page is not available in RTC.
I open the page 64 from object designer but it open without any columns (just a blank )
Is it bug in NAV2009sp1?

Is there any standard functionality in RTC to seelct the printer for specific report.
