We (my company) are currently using NAV 5.0, however our partner has not been able to support us as promised. After wasting too much time on run-arounds and a ton of money, we have decided to seek a new Microsoft NAV partner. We have done some research and a technician recently recommended a company called Western Computers. I believe they are in Oxnard California? Can anyone tell us anything about this partner as far as their knowledge of NAV and support is concerned? Thanks.

Why not contact them directly and ask for references?

Western has always been very responsive when I've dealt with them. I agree with Alex, though. Visit their website, give them a call. Finding a partner that you like and work well with is not easy and can take a very long time. I'd give them a shot, though.
