problem with different sections for the same dataItem

Hi all,

I made a report with 2 body sections for the same dataItem. The second section is a custom footer, so it's only shown when needed.
It seems that the report left a blank space in bottom of each page equal to the greatest body section (in my case my so-called footer).

In report designer : (y > 4x)
[... sections...]
Section - Body(4) Height = x
Section - Body(5) Heigth = y
[... sections...]


Sample page In report :
[...Section...]
Data - (Type Body4) Height = x
Data - (Type Body4) Height = x
Data - (Type Body4) Height = x
Data - (Type Body4) Height = x
Blank space Height = y
End of page

New page
Data - (Type Body4) Height = x

Data - (Type Body4) Height = x


Is there a way to avoid this big blank space ?
