Auto entering items in transfer order and phys inventory jrn

I have a report which is uploading a data from a text file.

I need to know what fields and tables should be inputed and updated after hitting the upload button in transfer order and physical inventory.

My current process in Transfer Order form is just inserting the data on the ff fields in Transfer Line table after clicking the upload button

Fields:

"Document No.
"Line No.
"Item No.
"Gen. Prod. Posting Group
"Inventory Posting Group
"Unit of Measure
"Quantity
"Description
"Qty. to Ship
"Quantity (Base)
"Outstanding Qty. (Base)
"Qty. to Ship (Base)

Is there any fields or table i need to update rather than these??

In Phys. Inventorty Journal form what fields in item journal line table i need to fill the data?
