Hi experts,
Is Item tracing report can be only used if either lot number or serial number exist ??
If Yes, If I want to use for other items what should I do.

If you want it for other items, you have to build a custom report, but I don't know what it would show.
It could show your Item application, but that does not necessary shows what actually happens in warehouse.
