Cache look up property of Table

Is there anybody having idea about the 'Cache Look up' Property of the Table.
What is the basic Difference between the Property Sets???.

simply do this code, changing salesTable property

SalesTable  salesTable;
flush salesTable;
SystemMonitor::reset();
salesTable = salesTable::find('Your salesId');// repeat for some exist records
SystemMonitor::start();

print SystemMonitor::getCounter(SystemMonitorCounter::SqlSelectCalls)));
pause;
