Closing Month End

Hi,

Need your help. The following message appeared when I entered OK while trying to Close the Income Statement. Please advise what does it mean and how to proceed?

The sum of the values in the Amount field cannot be calculated because the current key does not contain all the fields being filtered.

You must select a key that contains all the fields in the filter. The order of the fields is unimportant.

Filter:Business Unit Code:",Global Dimension1 Code: ELECTRONIC, Global Dimension 2 Code: ACER, Posting

Key fields: G/L Account No., Business Unit Code, Global Dimension 1 Code, Global Dimension 2 Code, Posting Date

I think you MUST have this Key:

G/L Account No., Business Unit Code, Global Dimension 1 Code, Global Dimension 2 Code, Posting Date

ENABLED in Table 17 - G/L Entry

with SumIndexFields: Amount,Debit Amount,Credit Amount
