CRM - SEGMENT - EMAIL NOT DISPLAYING

Hi...
I am trying to send bulk emails using a "segment" in CRM. However when the email is sent the information that I want to send is sent as an attachment (word document), that is fine but I need the information to be displayed in the body of the email. Which it’s not doing at the moment all I’m getting is a blank email with an attachment. Here are a few things I am doing:
1. In the interaction tab "send as word doc" is UNCHECKED
2. The size of the email was 600KB then I reduce it to 187KB and even tried it at 15KB but still no luck!
I would greatly appreciate any help, Thank you in advance.
