Is it possible to make 2 rows of stacks in 1 frame?

I have 13 stacks and right now they are divided into 2 Frames.
- 4 stacks in the first frame
- 9 stacks in the second frame
Instead of making 3 frames, which is not according to the customer's work-flow, is it then possible to present the 9 stacks in 2 rows - but in the same frame?
9 stacks is a very long line and takes a lot of space.
