Using Number series in Journals

Hi,

I am using navision 5.0 with SP1 and SQL 2005 database. When I try to use the number series with general journal or item reclassification journal with any batch it does not show me the next available number in the batch as document number. I have to write the next available number manually as document number.

How ever in Navision 4 and 3.7 it just appears normally as document no. Is there any bug in Nav 5.0 for this functionality or is there any fix available?

Did u assign the No.series against Each Batch what you are using ?

Kindly check whether you have marked DEFAULT NOS. and not the MANUAL NOS.
