how enble and disable menu items in menu button

Hello Everyone,
i want to enable and disable menu items on the basis of condition that when i check the check box menu item should be enabled else it should be in disabled form. i want to do this through coding.
Can anyone help me in this

You cannot disable single menu items, only complete buttons.
