arvhiving segment and create outlook mailing using templates

Hello everybody, does anyone know how to make mailing through archiving a segment in Dynamics Nav 5 using a predefined mail template?
When I archive a segment, with five o six contacts, with mail as a preferred contact way, the mails it make is quite simple with no colour and a simple text with no format at all.
Please, could anyone help me?
