First do a search, either here or on Google: You'll find some information on the error.
Do you have access to the code of the report? It can be difficult to track down. I would turn on the debugger if possible and step through the code. This one has to do with records. Once you've isolated the code you can begin to try to figure out what is causing it.0 -
Hi Mattrax,
There is no problem in the report as all users including admin can print the report. There is no relevant direct solution for this problem on Internet. Its not limited to one report. some users report the same error in between for other prints too. Do any of the Nav Gurus on mibuso can help?
Thanks,

Hi kapil,
Thanks!
The search result is
Internal Error 9 in Module 24, :: 24-9 #Err_MT_RecordExisted (Module_MT,Err_Allowable(9))
Can you give more details/scenarios which will populate this error?

Just an assumption: the report is printed in PDF/BMP/JPG/ect. file with using "printer emulation" software. If the user doesn't have a permissions to create a file in the output folder, NAV can bring this error on. Or during this session OS cannot connect to domain controller to check if the user has permissions to use the printer. Especially if the printer was added in domain active directory. I suppose, this error is not relevant to NAV itself, but NAV/user permissions conjunction instead.
I recommend you to check users' permissions on the remote server.0 -
The solution to this problem is very simple. No temporary file is created because the windows temp map is full. Empty the temp map and the error disappears0

Hi - we have a customer who is experiencing this error sporadically. All users access NAV via Citrix. We have tried clearing the temp files and deleting the zup files. It has not resolved the issue. Has anyone found a different resolution? Thanks!Leanne G. Paul
