Item Journal Issue

Hi,

I have in a Item journal several entries(Positive adjustment and Negative adjustments). Some items on those entries have inventory 0. The problem is I cannot do the negative adjustments. So I have to filter the entries per date and run it. The problem is when it finishes the entries go to item ledger entry, but remain on the item journal. Does anyone have any clues about what can be happenning?

Ur que is not very clear, when u have filtered the data and posted it then obviously after posting the leftover will stay on Journal Line. What r u expecting could u pls elaborate it.

What I mean is what have been posted remains on the journal. The entries filtered do get posted to the items ledger entry, but when I check the journal the entries are still on the journal. For some how the posted entries do not leave the journal. The ones not filtered the stay on the journal as it should be, the problem is the filtered ones.

PS: On the item journal there was only one entry for that document no, item and location code. The entries are not duplicated.

I can see there are several entries on the same situation.

Hi Matteo,

I am not using a Recurring Batch Journal. I am using an Item Journal.
The problem occurs if I filter some entries. I filter the because some for some items the inventory is 0. So I try to post the the ones which the inventory is > 0.
