Total Text Code Dimensions

Is it possible to total Text code dimensions ?

For e.g. if I have four cities:

Code -- Name
NYC --- New York
CHI --- Chicago
ATL --- Atlanta
HOU --- Houston
PR --- Puerto Rico
MX --- Mexico

I would like to total the first four under North America. Is that possible ?

I don't think so, you could try pipes in the totaling column, but I think I've tried that in the past and it does work. I always tell customers to set up the actual code as a number because of situations like this.

Yes , if you define it as number instead of Text ( name ) then only u can get what you need.
