Purchase order dates

Hi Experts,

I have few doubts in the purchase order Header Based on dates.

a) Based on Lead time calculation, Planned Receipt Dates Get updated in Line. and Expected Recipt dates is sum of Planned recieipt and Inbound warehouse handling time.. I have given as 3d in inbound warehouse handling time in setup, but still the difference between Planned and Expected Receipt date is 1 day.

b) Do we have to manually Give the Requested Reciept date, Promised Receipt date & Expected Receipt Date. Where else does the above fields affect.
